Biography

James was born in about 1839. He was probably the son of John and Mary Blenkiron.

He married Margaret Spensley on 4 August 1860 at Grinton, York, England.^[1]

They had about 8 children.

In 1861 he was aged 22. His occupation was recorded as Lead Miner.
