Harriet was born in 1841. She is the daughter of Squire Blevins and Nancy Hampton.

Harriet was born before 1842, and is last documented in 1850 Long Creek Carroll, Arkansas. She likely died before 1860 (same time as her parents).
Like her sister Nancy Jane Blevins-3915 Harriet's identity has been mistaken from generated trees (confused with Joseph Carey family)
Harriet is misidentified as Harriet Carey-816 Phillips, daughter of Joseph M. Carey-808 and Mahala Flipps-2 (Flippo) Rains, who resided with her mother Mahala Carey on the 1850 Taney, Missouri Census, and (with mother Mahala Rains) on the 1860 Bear Creek, Carroll, Arkansas Census. She marries William Phillips, and is noted on the 1870 Bear Creek, Boone, Arkansas Census with niece Harriet White, daughter of sister Nancy Jane Carey-815 White.
Harriet and Nancy Jane Carey are daughters proven by census of parents Joseph and Mahala Flippo Carey.
