Biography

John was born and baptised^[1] at Barford, Warwickshire in 1605. He was the son of Thomas Blick and Margaret Shoteswell. John was possibly married to a Winifred Callowe in about 1629, most likely near Alvechurch, Worcestershire, but no record could be found. They had four children at Alvechurch that could be attributed to them, three sons plus a daughter, though one boy was apparently stillborn and another died in infancy. John died in 1663 at Alvechurch and was buried there^[2]. No burial record could be found for his wife (nor does it appear that she married again).
