Mathilde de Blois ou Mathilde de Champagne, comtesse de Perche, était la quatrième des six filles de Thibaud II (or IV), Comte Palatin de Troyes, Comte de Blois, de Mathilde de Sponheim^[1]

Mathilde a épousé Rotrou II, comte du Perche, probablement avant 1160^[1]. Ils ont eu six enfants:

1. Geoffroi, comte du Perche, mort en 1202. A épousé Mathilde (famille inconnue) puis Mathilde de Saxe.
2. Etienne, tué en 1205 au siège d'Adrianople
3. Rotrou, évêque de Châlons, mort en décembre 1201
4. Henri, vicomte de Mortagne
5. Guillaume, évêque de Châlons, comte du Perche après son neveu. Mort le 18 février 1226.
6. Thibaud, archidiacre de Reims^[2]

Mathilde est morte le 1er janvier (1183 ou 1184)^[1].

Mathilde de Blois, also known as Mathilde de Champagne, countess of Perche, was named as the fourth of the six daughters of Thibaud II (or IV), Comte Palatin de Troyes, Comte de Blois, and his wife, Mathilde von Sponheim^[1]

Mathilde married Rotrou II, Count of Perche, probably before 1160^[1]. They had six children:

1. Geoffrey, count of Perche, died 1202, married Mathilde (unknown) and secondly Mathilde of Saxony
2. Stephen, died 1205, killed in battle at the siege of Adrianople
3. Rotrou, bishop of Châlons, died 1201
4. Henry, viscount of Mortagne
5. William, bishop of Châlons, succeeded his nephew as count of Perche, died 18 February 1226
6. Theobald, archdeacon at Reims^[2]

She died on 1 January, probably 1184^[1].
