Biography

Rice was the son of James Boggs and Hannah Rice.[1]

He married Theodosia Stephenson (1777–1854)

He passed away in 1864 and was interred in the Saint Clairsville Union Cemetery, Saint Clairsville, Belmont County, Ohio, USA[2]
