Ronnie Lee Bohlen was born April 8, 1946 in Plain City, Union Co., Ohio, ^[1] to Donald Earlen Bohlen ^{[2] [3] [4]} and Emily Phillips.

Ronnie passed away on January 23, 2012 in Columbus, Ohio.
