Biography
Nelson Bolton Died in Military Service during World War II.
Nelson was born in 1920. He was the son of Nelson Bolton and Mary Thompson. He passed away in 1944.

“Nelson served as a 1st Lt., U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
He resided in Baltimore County, Maryland prior to the war.
He enlisted in the Army Air Corps on August 5, 1942 at Turner Field, Albany, Georgia. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed in construction and also as Single, without dependents.
Nelson died in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident during the war.
Service # O-501024
Nelson was shot down FLYING THE "HUMP" over Burma/China.”
