Howard (20) married Emma Elizabeth Dietz (22) (born on 29 July 1887 in Pennsylvania, United States; daughter of John Adams Dietz and Susan Hellman (Packer) Dietz) in 1910.
Howard died on 11 September 1964, aged 75. He was buried in Jacksonville Cemetery, Jacksonville, Centre County, Pennsylvania.[1]
