Charity was born in 1738 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the daughter of James Bosley and Elizabeth (Parrish) Bosley.
Marriage: She married Joseph Parrish in 1768 (some records say 1770) in Maryland. She was his second wife. They had eight children together before removing to Belmont County, Ohio, along with several of their children. This is where they passed away. [1]

“Joseph Parrish was the son of William and Susannah Parrish. He was born about 1724. He was of age in 1745.
He married 28 Aug 1753, to Cassandra Talbot. Joseph was disowned by Gunpowder Meeting of Friends for marrying out of meeting. Reinstated 22 days 1 month, 1755, after acknowledgment. She died in Baltimore County, Md.
