Isaac was the son of Lemuel and Ann (Jackson) Bostwick
He married Prudence Warner, daughter of John and Mercy (Curtis) Warner, on 27 Nov 1754 at New Milford, Litchfield, Connecticut Colony - parents of Lemuel (1755-1757), Reuben, Prudence (1757-1757), a second Lemuel, Solomon and a second Prudence Bostwick
He is buried at Gilman Road Cemetry, Hinesburg, Chittenden, Vermont, USA
