Thomas Bott was born in the Colony of South Australia (1836-1900)

Thomas was born about 1857, Nairne. He was the son of John Bott and Rebecca Lovell.

Tom Bott married Julia Brooks, marriage registered 1880 in the district of Grey.

1937 The death has occurred of one of the South-East's earliest residents, Mr. Thomas Bott, 80, of Kalangadoo. He was born at Nairne, and was married to Miss Julia Brooks, of Millicent, in 1880. His wife was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Brooks, of Nangula, near Millicent. He was a member of the Kalangadoo branch of the agricultural bureau. He was a successful farmer. He left a widow, four sons, and two daughters.

Mr Thomas Bott was interred at the Millicent Cemetery Millicent, South Australia, Section A Section, Plot 79.
