Marie Malvina Bouchard was born on 30 Jun 1859 and was baptized the next day in Sainte-Luce parish in Rimouski, Canada-Est. She was the daughter of François Xavier Bouchard, farmer, and Susanne Halé of this parish. Sponsors at Malvina's baptism were Jean Lévêques and Obéline Halé; neither signed the register.
At age 22 Malvina married Jean Baptiste St-Laurent on 19 Jul 1881 in St-Anaclet-de-Lessard in Québec. There were two known children born into this marriage. Jean Baptiste died on 25 Mar 1901 in Rimouski. At age 45 Malvina married Pierre, widower of Virginie Brossois and of Marie Leduc, on 7 Mar 1905 in Saint-Gabriel parish in Rimouski. Malvina died at age 48 on 25 Jun 1908 in Rimouski; she was buried two days later on 27 jun in Saint-Gabriel parish cemetery.
