Biography
The first Stephen Bowen was born in 1856 in the parish of St Ishmaels, he was the son of David and Elainor Bowen. Stephen died in infancy, sometime before 1861. We know this because, another child of David and Elainor was given the same name in 1861.May he rest in peace. Written by Keith Rees 2016
