Vincent, the fourth son and fifth of eight children of William Boys and Mary Ringley was born say 1534 at Nonington, Kent.[1]

Vincent married Elizabeth Barry (1535-1591), the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth (Scrope) Barry were married on 9 September 1572 at Bishopsbourne, Kent.[2][1]They had six children born at Kent, England:

Death and Burial
Vincent Boys died on 19 March 1591 in his say 57th year at Bekesbourne.[3][1]He is buried in St Mary Churchyard at Patrixbourne, City of Canterbury, Kent, England.[4]
