Biography
William was born in 1897 in Herring Cove, Nova Scotia to William Brackett and Mary Ann Latter.[1] He served in the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in World War I.[2] After the war, he was a fisherman in Herring Cove. He passed away in 1983 and is buried in Herring Cove.[3]
