Biography

LTC Frank was born in 1894. He was the son of Charles Bradbury. He passed away in 1960.

A veteran of World War I and World War II. A flat bronze Veterans Administration grave marker. During WWII he was the Intelligence Officer for the 435th Troop Carrier Group in the European Theater.
