He orders that ont of his lands in Preston Jacklyn, Featherston, and Ayketon, a chaplain be found for seven years, three of which are to be at Warmfield, and four in the chapel of the Holy Trinity, and St. Sithe near Ivybridge in Bradford;
— To say mass for the soul of the testator, etc., and [for] Thomas Herring, of Croydon in Surrey, Nicholas Carreu, Thomas Brown, William Roth well, John Lake, sen., deceased, Richard Bold, Thomas Beaumont, senior, and Thurstan Banastre;
— To Isabel, his wife, he leaves his lands in " le Heth," and Over-Walton, for her life;
— To Brian his son he leaves his lands in Stanley, "Outethorp," and Wakefield;
— For the making of the bells at Warmfield, 100s;
— To George Bradford son of Brian Bradford, his son, his best standing piece silver and gilt;
— To Daughter Constance a silver goblet;
— To Agnes St Paul, a silver goblet;
— The residue to his eldest son, John Bradford;
— His wife Isabel, and his sons John and, Brian, were named executors.
