David was born in 1789. He was the son of Storm Bradt and Catalina Winne.

Married 31 Dec 1811, Mary Reamer in the RDC New Salem, Albany, New York.

Only Catharine and Henry were baptised in the RDC New Salem. DOB's of all his children are listed in the Bradt Family Bible.

The town of New Scotland was settled around 1660. New Scotland was founded in 1832 from the west part of the town of Bethlehem.
