Casper Peter Brandt was born on 18 August 1808 in Weckhoven, Grevenbroich, Rheinland, Germany[1][2]

Note

Note: Leonard Elias Schnitzler came to Missouri in 1840 with his wife, two oldest children, mother in law and his best friend Casper Brandt.
They homesteaded near the town of Rich Fountain. When he died in January 1844 his wife Christina Ann Mary Hoecker married Casper Brandt in October of the same year.
Leonard and Christina marriage was in 1835 had four children.
Christina married Casper Brandt in 1844 and had 7 children.
