John Brathwaite, owner-in-fee. Counterclaims from inter alios Irenaeus Moe Brathwaite (trustee for judgement) and Rebecca Rous Moe, as judgement creditors. T71/558 p.17: John Brathwaite registered 124 enslaved persons in 1834, probably covering this award and the adjacent Barbados claim no. 4228, given for Mt. Harmony or Stewart's Hill. Further Information: Colony Barbados, Claim No.4229, Contested: Yes. Associated Individuals (3): Rev John Brathwaite - Unsuccessful claimant (Owner-in-fee). Irenaeus Moe Brathwaite - Awardee (Trustee), Rebecca Rous Moe - Awardee (Judgement creditor). Relationships named (!) Father of Irenaeus Moe Brathwaite was Hon. Miles Brathwaite.

Ireneus (also spelt Irenaeus and Irenaus) was born probably about 1790 in Barbados, the son of Miles Brathwaite and Elizabeth Moe.[1]
