Jane P. Breed, born 15 Nov 1831 @ North Stonington, Connecticut, was the third child of Phebe Prentice (Hewitt) Breed (1806-1893) & Isaac Sheffield Breed (1804-1882). Her middle name probably was Prentice.

She married Aug. 15, 1852, in Stonington, Connecticut, Erastus Denison Miner. They had at least 4 children, perhaps others:
