When Dan Ella "Donella" Brewton was born on June 22, 1882, in Georgia, her father, Emanuel, was 28, and her mother, Julia, was 23. She died on July 18, 1970, in Evans, Georgia, at the age of 88, and was buried in Bulloch, Georgia.[1]
