Biography

English Actor. Best known for voicing K-9, the companion of Dr Who during the 1979–1980 season. John Leeson had voiced him first and returned to the role after David.

David enjoyed long-distance running, fell walking, and was said to be an expert sailor.

David died in 2008.^[1]

Obituary

"David Alfred succumbed to cancer after a long struggle, on 10th June 2008. Will be sadly missed by his wife Kelly and all family members and friends.

Funeral Mortlake Crematorium, Monday, 23rd June 2008 at 11:30am, followed by a reception at Popes Grotto, Twickenham at 1 pm. Family flowers only."^[2]
