NOTE: There was a great deal of ambiguity in this family, and research has been ongoing. Several different birth places. Therefore, it is suspected many of these names represent up to two to three other family groups. ... Further research has discovered alternative families for many of the children that were originally Elizabeth's siblings. I am not convinced that Elizabeth belongs to this particular John and Ann Briggs either, but have been unable to find a relevant, provable marriage between a John Briggs and Ann in Lancashire who could be her parents on Findmypast.co.uk. Needs some more research.

Research Notes

As above, there is a great deal of ambiguity in this family but i do not believe that Elizabeth was a daughter of this John and Ann as it seems that all their other activities, children, etc took place in Derbyshire.
