Elijah Bright was born in 1815 in Fairfield County, Ohio, United States.

Elijah married Nancy Ruble (born on December 14, 1818 in Wood County, Commonwealth of Virginia).

Elijah died on October 29, 1857 in Hocking County, Ohio, aged 41. He was buried in Bright Cemetery, Logan, Hocking County, Ohio.[1]
