Biography
Her death certificate says that she was born in Glassboro, New Jersey, United States. Her birth record, however, specifies that her birthplace was actually Winslow Township, Camden County, New Jersey.
She and her husband John Schuyler had one child together (Effie Matilda Schuyler).
The 1900 and 1910 United States Census identify her marital status as "widowed". In 1910, she was supporting herself as a self-employed corsetier.
Between 1900 and 1910, she located to 2321 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, United States. That was her residence until her death from a malignant neoplasm of the thyroid with arteriosclerosis. Her burial was at the Methodist Cemetery in Glassboro, Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States.
