Biography
Sarah Broadley was born in Yorkshire, England.
Sarah was christened at Halifax, Yorkshire, England in 1822. She was the daughter of Sarah and Edward Broadley. [1]
By 1851 unmarried Sarah was still living with her father (who was by now a widower) but had become a mother to 2 children. [2]
By 1871 Sarah had 4 children who were living with her along with the husband of her eldest child, Emily. [3]
Research Notes
The 1871 census stated that Sarah was widowed but I don't believe she was ever married. Lake-4041 17:59, 22 March 2023 (UTC)
