Biography

Betty was christened in January 1805 in Whitcham^[1]

She married John in August 1824 in Whitehaven ^[2]

In 1841 she was living with John in Muncaster with children: Sarah, Mary, Stephen, Isaac and Edward ^[3]

In 1851 she and John are resident in Muncaster living with children Isaac, Edward, Alice and Betty and grandson James^[4]

In 1861 she and John are living with daughter Betty 12 in Muncaster. She is described as a joiner's wife ^[5]

IN 1871 she and John have son Isaac living with them in Muncaster. ^[6]
