Chloe was born on 29 Dec 1745 in Waterbury, New Haven, Connecticut, British Colonial America. She was the daughter of John Bronson and Comfort Baldwin. ^[1]

On 21 Jun 1763 in Amenia, Dutchess, New York, Chloe married William Barker.^[2]

On 25 Dec 1810 at the age of 64 Chloe passed away in Amenia, Dutchess County, New York. She was laid to rest at Old Amenia Burying Ground in Amenia, Dutchess County, New York^[3]
