Richard was born about 1767. He is the son of Rev William Brooke and Elizabeth Young.
He was educated by Mr Kerr and entered Trinity College Dublin on 1 May 1775, aged 14. B.A. 1780. [1]
Rector of Ballyconnel, County Cavan.
He died in 1818.
