Biography
Charles Elbert Brookings was born October 24, 1912 at Ridgeville, Indiana to Luther Brookings and Myrtle Belle Meyers.[1]
Charles died at about 18 months of age of meningitis on May 29, 1914 at Indianapolis. Informant was father, Lou Brooking.[2]
