Charlotte Brow was born in Yorkshire, England.
Charlotte was born in 1820. She is the daughter of George Brow and Hannah Fletcher. In 1841 she married Thomas Emmett (1817-) and they had at least 8 children.
Charlotte died in 1888 and is buried in Bramley Baptist Churchyard
