John (24) married Elizabeth Ball (24) (born about 1780) on 29 July 1805 in Sumner County, Tennessee, United States.[2] Their daughter was Ann Mariah Brown (15 May 1811 – 7 August 1848).
John died on 21 January 1852 in Mt. Sterling, Brown County, Illinois, United States, aged 71. He was buried in Mount Sterling City Cemetery, Mount Sterling, Brown County, Illinois.[1]
