Biography
Robert was born in 1915. He was the son of Harry Brown and Brittania Moffatt.
BROWN, ROBERT OSWALD F/O(P) J10958. From Daysland, Alberta. Killed in Action Jan 28/44 age 28. #414 Sarnia Imperials Squadron (Totus Viribus). F/O Brown was killed when his Mustang aircraft #AG 503 was shot down by a German ME-110 fighter aircraft five miles north-east of Chartres, France. Flying Officer Pilot Brown has no known grave, his name is inscribed on the Runnymede War Memorial, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey, England. [1]
