Biography

Born 4 Apr 1829, Walcot, Somerset, England, the daughter of Robert Brown and Ann Blanchard. Baptised 5 May 1829, St Swithin, Walcot, Somerset, England.[1]

The 1841 Census finds her living with her parents at Park Street, Walcot, Somerset, England [2] By the 1850's, the family had moved to Plymouth, Devon, England.

Della married Henry Gill, 1 Nov 1853, Charles the Martyr, Plymouth, Devon. [3][4] [5]. Henry, the son of Richard Gill of Islington, London, was a Civil Engineer. After their marriage they moved to live in Berlin, where Dellas sister lived.
Child:

Della died 17 Jun 1856, Berlin, Brandenburg, Prussia, aged 25 years. [9][10] Buried 20 Jun 1855, Berlin, Brandenburg, Preußen, Germany. [11]
