CHRISTOPH CHRISTOPHER BROWN (Braun) 1750-1816

Christoph BRAUN was born on the 17th of June 1750 in East Hanover, Lebanon Twp, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania the son of JOHANN John "MICHAEL" Braun 1724–1785 and his wife, Anna Juliana KARGER Braun 1728–1785. Christoph Meyer and his wife (no name given) were Christoph Braun's baptismal sponsors according to the Parish Register at the Hill Evangelical Church where Christoph was baptised on the 8th of July, 1750. Christoph was the second child of ten.

Christoph BRAUN went by the Americanized name of Christopher Brown. He died on the 16th of July 1816 in Wytheville, Wythe County, Virginia and is buried in Saint John's Lutheran Church Cemetery located there.
