1850 Granby, Oswego, New York David (age 47) and Charlotte (age 41) were living in Granby with their two children, James (age 16) and Delia (age 13). Here, David worked as a farmer. No valuation was given to his real estate, so it would seem that he did not own the homestead that he lived upon.[2]
David Brown died on 20 November 1884 in the hamlet of Little Utica in Lysander, Onondaga, New York. He is buried beside his wife in an unmarked grave at the Jacksonville Rural Cemetery in Lysander, Onondaga, New York.[3]
