Biography

Arnamil Frances "Fanny" Brown was born in 1888 in Sladesbridge, Egloshayle Parish, Cornwall, England to William Henry Brown and Emma (Bear) Brown. Her birth was registered in Bodmin, Cornwall in the second quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Bear.^[1]

In 1891 Amamd Brown (age 3) lived in Egloshayle with her father William H (42, Groom Domestic), mother Emma (41), and seven siblings: William J (19, General Labourer), Elizabeth J (12, Scholar), Francis (11, Scholar), Kate (8, Scholar), Ernest (6, Scholar), Bessie (4), and Leonard (2).^[2]

In 1901 Fanny Brown (age 12) lived in Stowford, Devon with her father William H (52, Stud Groom (Not Domestic)), mother Emma (50), and four siblings: Frank (21, Groom (Not Domestic)), Ernest (17, Groom (Not Domestic)), Bessie (14), and Leonard (11).^[3]

In 1911 Frances Brown (age 23) lived in Stowford with her father William Henry (63, Kennel Huntsman Fox Hounds) and mother Emma (62).^[4]

Arnamill F Brown married John Greenwood in 1913. The marriage was registered in New Forest, Hampshire in the first quarter of the year.^[5]

Arnamil F Greenwood passed away on 1 Feb 1968, aged 79 years. Her death was registered in Salisbury, Wiltshire in the first quarter of the year.^[6]
