Charles J Brown was born in about 1737 in Swansea, Massachusetts.^{[1] [2]} He married Hannah Sharp on 11 July 1758 in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. ^[3] He died in Dover, New Hampshire on 20 March, 1805. ^{[1] [2]}

Charles was born in 1735. He was the son of Daniel Brown and Sarah Mason. He passed away in 1812.
