No. 1604 Pg. 206, 207 On April 11, 1835 in conformity with the court of probates, of Terrebonne Parish, rendered this day, on the petition of Jean Baptiste DUPLANTI, ordering an inventory be made, of all properties, belonging to the community, which existed between said DUPLANTI and Marie Francoise BRUNET, his wife, deceased, Judge Leufroy BARRAS went to the domicile of Mr. DUPLANTI, with him acting in his name and as guardian of his minor children; Marcelin, Joseph, Melazie and Arthemise, with Hubert BELLANGER as subrogated tutor, and Marcelite DUPLANTI wife of Etienne MALBROUGH, acting in her name, having 1/6 of succession, of her mother, Jean Baptiste DUPLANTI, Jr., acting in his own name, as having 1/6 right in succession of his mother. The appraisers are Renaud BOUDREAUX and Joseph J. DARCE, witnessed by William WATKINS and Thomas BUFORD set value at $1476.62 ½.
