Biography
Christian Friedrich Brügman was born in Tellmer on 20 June 1763 as son of farm owner Johann Peter Brüggemann and his wife Ilse Magdalene nee Eggers. He took over the farm from his father. On 14 November 1788, he married Catharine Magdalena Cordes of Oerzen with whom he had eight children. Widowed in August of 1811, he married in february of the following year Anna Sophia Lopau of Melbeck, with whom he had another five children. He died at the farm on 29 November 1836.
