Biography

Francis served in the Wisconsin Legislature in 1866 and 1874.

Francis was born in 1827. He was the son of Jesse Buckbee and Mary Secor.

His family moved to Rockford, Illinois in 1844. ^[1][2]

He married Abigail Palmer in 1863. ^[3]

They had no children.

They lived in Walworth County, Wisconsin. ^[4][5][6]

He served as Justice of the Peace from 1879-1906.

He was elected to the 20th Wisconsin Legislature in 1866 and the 27th Wisconsin Legislature in 1874 ^[7]

Frances passed away in 1907.^[8][9]
