Emma was baptised at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 15th August 1813.[1] She was the daughter of William Buckingham and Elizabeth Pain. Her father gave his occupation as labourer on the baptism register.
Marriage
Isaac West and Emma Buckingham were married after banns at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 30th July 1843.[2] They were both of full age and resident in Hanborough, and neither had been previously married. Isaac was a labourer and the son of William, also a labourer. Emma was the daughter of William who was a labourer. Isaac made his mark on the register with a cross whilst Emma signed her own name. The witnesses to the marriage were Thomas Woodward and Jane Woodward.[3]

Death
Emma died in Hanborough, Oxfordshire in 1871 at the age of 58.[8] She was buried at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 29th November 1871.[9]
