Jean Melvis Buckingham was born in 1919 in Carlton, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Alfred Emberson Buckingham (1895–1959) and Annie Lillian Hook (1896–1970).[1]

Jean (22) married Charles Hector Cole (22) (born in 1919 in Geelong, Victoria) in 1942 in Victoria Australia.[2]

Together they had one daughter, Diane Cole (1943-2009)

Her husband Charles died in 1943 [3]

In 1948, Jean married William Leslie Pridmore in Victoria, Australia. [4]

Jean passed away 11 March 1996 and was cremated at Fawkner Memorial Park, Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. [5]
