Biography
William was the son of William Butler and Elizabeth Collet Buick. He married Elizabeth Isabella Daysh in 1890. Elizabeth passed away in 1926 aged 60. William remarried in 1928 to Sarah Jane (nee Mexted) Bridge. He worked as a farm manager and later a farmer in Masterton. William predeceased Sarah by 20 years. He died in 1937 age 69 and is buried at Archer Street, Queen Elizabeth Park cemetery, Masterton. PLAN III ROW 10 PLOT WHB.
