His will is dated 25 December 1844 and proved on 8 March 1845 in Fairfield. He mentions his wife Parthenia, his sons Andrew, John his daughter Ruth Beach, and Clarissa Seeley, and his grandson, Thomas Henry Wheeler.[1]
His inventory was completed on 12 April 1845 in Fairfield.[2]
In 1846, his estate distribution was set out to his widow, and children, Andrew Bulkley, Ruth Beach, wife of David Beach, Clarissa Seeley, wife of Henry Seeley, John Bulkley, and Thomas H. Wheeler (grandson).[3]
In 1847, his estate that had been set out to his widow was distributed to his heirs, Andrew Bulkley, John Bulkley, Ruth, wife of David Beach, Clarry, wife of Henry Seeley, and Thomas Henry Wheeler (grandson).[4]
