Emma (Bulman) Harvey was born in Texas..
Emma Isabelle Bulman, nicknamed "Belle", was born on March 22, 1891 in Texas.[1] Her father, George William Bulman, and Lucy I. Rhoades.[2]
At age 9, Belle lived in Hamilton County, Texas.[2] In 1910, she lived in Bosque County, Texas. She lived with her mother and several of her siblings. Her father had passed away by this time. She worked as a farm laborer to earn a living and help support the family.[3]
Belle married Robert Edward Harvey about 1920 in Texas. She lived in Collingsworth County, Texas.[4] Her first son Robert Wesley was born in 1920, Billy Burke in 1921, Lucy Fern in 1923, and Dorothy Jean in 1926. In 1930, she lived in Lubbock County, Texas.[5]
Belle died of uremia myocardial failure (kidney failure) on June 5, 1973 in Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.[1] She was buried at the City of Lubbock Cemetery in Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas.[6]
