Biography
Delbert was born in 1940. He was the son of Anna Confer. He passed away in 2021.
He is survived by two children, Deborah Beck (Charles) of Port Matilda, and Dameon Bumbarger of Bellefonte; two grandchildren, Charles L. Beck (Meagan), and Christina J. Beck; and five great-grandchildren, Cooper Beck, Bailey Beck, Sawyer Beck, Talon Bumbarger, and Noah Mann. Also surviving are four brothers, Jim Bathurst (Joanne), Dean Bathurst (Kate), Bob Bathurst (Judy), Bill Holloway (Elaine), and one sister, Karen Holloway, all of Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
