Paul was born in 1923, son of Robert Downs Bunner (1891–1969) and Flossie Myrtle Bunner (1890–1971)[1]. At the age of 4 he lived with his parents and brother Robert 16 in [2] Prairie though the census shows him as 14. in 1940 he lived in Jefferson Township with his parents and younger brother Gilbert 9[3].
Paul Bunner served in the United States Army in World War II Service started: 29 Mar 1943 Unit(s): unknown Service ended: 15 Oct 1943
He and Joyce were married prior to his enlisting in the Army[4][5]

He passed away in 2000 at the age of 76[6], interred in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Springport, Henry County, Indiana, USA[7].
