Biography
Roy Burgess Chute and Georgie O. Burgess married on 23 Sep 1907 in Somerset, Kings, Nova Scotia. Roy was 27 years old at the time and Georgie was 28. Roy was born in 1880 in Somerset, Kings Co. and he was the son of Henry and Annie Chute. Georgie was born in 1879 in Somerset, Kings Co. and she was the daughter of George and Emily Burgess. [1]
It is probable that Georgie was originally named Sarah Burgess, and then renamed "Georgie Owen" Burgess in honor of her father after his death. See the page of her mother for more information.
